Get image recognition on Cat Flap and put outsider away

A cat flap is a small household security system which allow cats to exit from and enter to house without need of a human power while giving house protection against wind and rain entering from big gaps. But the problem is cat door not only an open enter and exit point of pet cat but some unwanted can come through it. So, it will be good idea to put an image recognition technique which let only your pet enter and exit and put others away.
